Water Street Partners, which Joe co-founded in 2017, structures the capital stack for data center developments which includes identifying both equity and debt sources for each project. They work with various institutional partners and lenders to secure equity and debt which allows us to deliver for the tenant on time and on budget. Joe is a member of NAIOP and MNCAR.
