Nick Gleason

Director of Construction

As Director of Construction at Oppidan, Nick manages all phases of construction with a focus on delivering high-quality projects within the company’s Data Center markets. He works closely with development teams, partners, and contractors to ensure each project is completed efficiently and successfully. Before joining Oppidan, Nick was Director of Construction at Greystone Construction, where he led a team of 14 delivering projects across commercial, industrial, and multifamily sectors. He also brings experience from LifeTime Fitness, where he served as a Project Manager in the construction division.
